The Flats at Mixon

The Flats at Mixson (2014) PHOTO Use existing photo on dev website An 6-acre multi-family Urban Infill site, an adjacent 2.5-acre amenity center, known as Mixson Bath and Racquet Club, and improvements to the existing Mixson Avenue. The combined projects included 20,600 LF of underground utilities, 22,500 LF of curb, 46,800 SY of pavements, 15,800 SF of sidewalk and 500 LF of retaining walls, along with other miscellaneous site finishes.
